  • Express and defend their faith in all situations
  • Read, write, speak, and listen reflectively and critically
  • Are prepared to succeed in the job market and/or college
  • Research, document, and express thoughts clearly
  • Demonstrate competence in computer technology skills used in everyday life

SPIRITUALLY GROWING INDIVIDUALS WHO:

  • Have accepted or been challenged to accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior
  • Look to God and His Word daily as the source of truth and for daily answers
  • Recognize God's love, will, and authority in their lives
  • Understand and demonstrate who they are in Christ
  • Are able to lead someone to Christ
  • Have a daily prayer life
  • Respectfully challenge authorities that are contrary to God's Word
  • Fellowship and develop spiritual growth through active involvement in a local church

COMMUNITY PARTICIPANTS WHO:

  • Understand God's influence in history and world events
  • Relate current world conditions to past history
  • Model responsible citizenship with integrity, compassion, and Christian ethics
  • Understand and communicate our American Christian heritage
  • Honor God in a Christian, as well as, a secular environment
  • Practice responsible citizenship through community service
  • Understand the U.S. Constitution and government in order to improve our country

  • Pursue further formal and informal educational opportunities
  • Identify and develop personal values such as honesty, tolerance, fairness, and cooperation
