Christine Peterson, Middle & High school

My name is Christine Peterson and I teach math here at Liberty. I grew up in the Bay Area and earned my Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from California State University Hayward in 1997. I earned my single subject math teaching credential from Simpson University in 2001. I student taught at Shasta High School.  I enjoyed working at an ACE school in Yreka, CA for 3 years. I also enjoyed tutoring math and English at Sylvan Learning Center in Redding for many years and tutoring on my own. I started teaching at Liberty in 2012.  I got married in 1997 to my husband Dan and we have 2 boys, Luke and Nathan. I enjoy working in Awana, helping at church, reading, running, and doing things with my family.  I enjoy working with numbers, doing math puzzles, and making math fun.
